Appinventiv, a global end-to-end digital transformation service provider company, has completed its second appraisal cycle this year with an average increment of 22 per cent for all 600+ employees. Along with the appraisals, the company also rewarded people with performance-linked bonuses for showing utmost resilience and delivering optimum results.
At a time when most companies were faced with decisions like cutting costs and right-sizing, Appinventiv resumed hiring from remote locations. The company hired 100 people in the lockdown and is planning to hire 300+ more from remote locations.
With its preceding contingency plan, the company has successfully maintained business continuity with a few new policies, as well as its fiscal readiness even amid the pandemic, Appinventiv ensured a seamless transition to Work from Home for all its people. The company prioritised its people’s best interest and yet kept the course of business - remote working and agile culture allowed it to sustain a 100 per cent operational capacity in less than 24 hours and today the company is truly acclimatized to the future of work.
Commenting on the same, Niharika Rawat, Manager HR, Appinventiv said, “I am happy to share that we have had the immense and continued support of all our employees during the pandemic and we carried out all appraisals per the cycle. At Appinventiv, we ensured that there were no COVID - 19 related job losses despite a little business impact initially. All the recent hires are being on board virtually even from remote locations and our entire onboarding is focussed on delivering a smooth and hassle-free joining experience.”
